What these terms cover: These are the terms of service on which we deliver products ordered via our website to you.

Why you should read them: Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will deliver products to you and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Revision of these terms: Please note that we may revise these terms of service from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you place an order through us.

Information about us and how to contact us

Who we are: We are NUUDA a division of Pow Food Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 10950975 and our registered office is at Unit B13 Alpha Business Centre, Minerva Road, London, England, NW10 6HJ (“NUUDA”, "we", "us" or "our").

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or email using the details that you provided to us in your order.

Where to find more information about us and our products. You can find everything you need to know about us, and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order, either by email, or in your online account.

When you buy from us you are agreeing that:

• We only accept orders when we've checked them.
• Sometimes we reject orders.
• We charge you when you order.
• We charge interest on late payments.
• We pass on some increases in VAT.
• We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
• Products can vary slightly from their pictures.
• If you bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind, before your order is dispatched, or if you are a subscriber.
• You have rights if there is something wrong with your product.
• We can change products and these terms.
• We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do).
• We can withdraw products.
• We can end our contract with you.
• We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
• We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• You have several options for resolving disputes with us.
• Other important terms apply to our contract.

We only accept orders when we've checked them

We contact you to confirm we've received your order and then we contact you again (normally within 18 hours) to confirm we've accepted it.

Sometimes we reject orders

Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because you are located outside our delivery areas, as stated on our website, and in our marketing, or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

We charge you when you order

However, for some products we take payment at regular intervals, as explained to you during the order process. You will own your product once we have received payment in full. The risk of any damage or loss to your product will pass to you on delivery (see the Delivery section below). We will not be held liable for any damage or loss which occurs after delivery.

We charge interest on late payment

If we're unable to collect any payment you owe us, we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgement. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.

We pass on some increases in VAT

If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

Offers and Discounts

We may, at our discretion, occasionally offer discounts and discount codes. While the terms and conditions for each promotion will vary, most of our offers last for a limited time until a specified closing date, and have associated promotional codes that can only be used once per customer. Promotional delivery offers will only apply to orders that meet the particular promotional requirements.

NUUDA x SELPH Blue Earth Summit Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: This competition is organised by NUUDA in partnership with SELPH.

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of NUUDA, SELPH and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter: Participants must complete the online competition form by voting for their preferred NUUDA crumble flavour, either Apple & Cinnamon or Pear & Blackberry, and providing the requested contact details. No purchase is necessary.

4. Competition period: Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on 15 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize: One winner will receive:

   • One NUUDA Gut Health Meal Bundle, containing three days of chef-prepared meals and snacks.

   • One £50 SELPH voucher to spend on at-home health testing.

6. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 16 October 2026. The selected crumble flavour does not affect the chances of winning.

7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within seven days of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received, NUUDA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize fulfilment: The NUUDA bundle is subject to delivery availability within NUUDA's UK delivery areas. The SELPH voucher is subject to SELPH's applicable voucher terms, product availability and any relevant eligibility requirements.

9. Prize conditions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. Data protection: Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the competition, select and contact the winner, and arrange prize fulfilment. Entrants will not be subscribed to marketing communications unless they have separately opted in. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the relevant privacy notices.

11. General: NUUDA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
