What these terms cover: These are the terms of service on which we deliver products ordered via our website to you.

Why you should read them: Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will deliver products to you and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Revision of these terms: Please note that we may revise these terms of service from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you place an order through us.

Who we are: We are NUUDA a division of Pow Food Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 10950975 and our registered office is at Unit B13 Alpha Business Centre, Minerva Road, London, England, NW10 6HJ (“NUUDA”, "we", "us" or "our").

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or email using the details that you provided to us in your order.

Where to find more information about us and our products. You can find everything you need to know about us, and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order, either by email, or in your online account.

When you buy from us you are agreeing that:

• We only accept orders when we've checked them.
• Sometimes we reject orders.
• We charge you when you order.
• We charge interest on late payments.
• We pass on some increases in VAT.
• We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
• Products can vary slightly from their pictures.
• If you bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind, before your order is dispatched, or if you are a subscriber.
• You have rights if there is something wrong with your product.
• We can change products and these terms.
• We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do).
• We can withdraw products.
• We can end our contract with you.
• We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
• We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• You have several options for resolving disputes with us.
• Other important terms apply to our contract.

We only accept orders when we've checked them

We contact you to confirm we've received your order and then we contact you again (normally within 18 hours) to confirm we've accepted it.

Sometimes we reject orders

Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because you are located outside our delivery areas, as stated on our website, and in our marketing, or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

We charge you when you order

However, for some products we take payment at regular intervals, as explained to you during the order process. You will own your product once we have received payment in full. The risk of any damage or loss to your product will pass to you on delivery (see the Delivery section below). We will not be held liable for any damage or loss which occurs after delivery.

We charge interest on late payment

If we're unable to collect any payment you owe us, we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgement. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.

We pass on some increases in VAT

If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

Offers and discounts

We may, at our discretion, occasionally offer discounts and discount codes. While the terms and conditions for each promotion will vary, most of our offers last for a limited time until a specified closing date, and have associated promotional codes that can only be used once per customer. Promotional delivery offers will only apply to orders that meet the particular promotional requirements. 

Free Delivery 

We currently offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all first time purchase orders with the code FREEFIRST or for any customer with a basket value over £75 or over. Minimum order value on ALL orders is £35. Offer is not available on subscription orders. One time use per customer. This offer has no cash value and is void if altered, sold, bartered, or transferred. 

Awin 

The discount code entitles customers to 5% off order total. Standard shipping costs still apply. The offer is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of offer redemption. Open to consumers only. Offers cannot be combined. A valid offer code must be used. Offer has no cash value and is void if altered, sold, bartered, or transferred. Standard delivery charges apply. Offer can be withdrawn at any time. 

Blue Light Discount 

The discount code entitles customers to 10% off order total. Standard shipping costs still apply. The offer is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom. Open to consumers only, unlimited purchases. Offers cannot be combined or used with a subscription. A valid offer code must be used. Offer has no cash value and is void if altered, sold, bartered, or transferred. Standard delivery charges apply. Offer can be withdrawn at any time. 

£20 Off Subscription Offer – Go Mental Festival

This promotion is organised by NUUDA (Pow Food Ltd), Unit B13 Alpha Business Centre, Minerva Road, London, NW10 6HJ.

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Offer is valid for new customers only and applies to the first subscription order placed with NUUDA. Customers will receive £20 off their first personalised subscription box when using the given code at checkout. Minimum spend of £35. Offer is valid for subscription orders only and cannot be applied to one-off purchases. The code is valid for entries from 03 October 2025 - 31 December 2025. After this period, the code will expire and cannot be redeemed. 

Restrictions - One use per customer only. Not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers.

NUUDA reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. By redeeming this offer, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Marathon Weekend - 25 - 26 April

Offer valid on online orders placed on 25 & 26 April with unique code will receive 10% off entire order with a minimum spend of £35. One use per customer. Applies to one-time purchases only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by NUUDA and Coco Organics.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of either brand and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on 28 April and closes at 23:59 on 6 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
You can enter via one or both of the following methods:

6. Winner Selection & Notification

7. Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to a UK address. As items are perishable, delivery will be arranged directly with the winner.

By entering via the newsletter, you agree to receive marketing communications from NUUDA and Coco Organics. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your data will be handled in line with each brand’s privacy policy.

9. General
