NUUDA Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Wales, and selected areas of mainland Scotland.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.
International customers may place orders only if delivery is to an eligible UK address listed above.

Our standard delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.
During bank holiday weeks, deliveries are made Wednesday to Friday.

Please note that delivery schedules may change during seasonal holidays or peak periods. Any changes will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email.

Orders are delivered via our trusted third-party courier partners. You will receive an estimated delivery window once your order is dispatched. While we work closely with our couriers, NUUDA cannot accept liability for delays, loss, or damage during transit; however, we will always assist you in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier operations, delivery location, weather, and order contents. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping is charged at £6.95 per delivery.
Additional charges may apply for remote delivery locations or unusually large orders. Any such fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As a small family-run business, we genuinely care about your experience.
If a delivery issue occurs due to a third-party courier (such as delays, damage, or missing parcels), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Where appropriate, we may offer replacements or credit notes as a gesture of goodwill.
Please note that these are discretionary and based on the specific circumstances, but we will always do what we can to make things right.
