A slow cooked fragrant classic, our free range chicken tikka is made with tender pieces of free range chicken breast. Gluten and dairy free, it is served with black rice, green beans and a rich tikka sauce, providing a good source of protein, fibre, as well as being is low in fat. This meal supports immune function, energy and is a great healthy lunch or dinner option.

Our portions are heartier than other ready meals, you can eat the ready meal alone, or we recommend eating with a salad or extra vegetables.
