All meals arrive in insulated packaging so will last throughout the day, even if you're not there to receive them.
Keep frozen. Meals can be thawed in the fridge before heating (reduce cooking time by 10–15 mins if thawed)
Our meals are more substantial than typical ready meals, made only with clean ingredients and frozen to lock in freshness. They’re worth the wait - and for the best experience, we recommend the oven.
Single Portion (from frozen – oven or microwave)
Oven (Fan 190°C | Electric 170°C | Gas Mark 5):
1. Preheat oven
2. Remove sleeve, pierce film, place on baking tray in middle of oven
3. Ensure piping hot before serving
Cooking time: 45–55 mins (from frozen)
Microwave:
800W: 9–10 mins | 900W: 7–8 mins
1. Remove sleeve, pierce film, cook on full power
2. Leave to stand 1 min before serving
3. Ensure piping hot throughout
Double Portion (from frozen – oven only)

We've had a number of different meals from POW, and they're all super tasty and delicious without being too salty, which is a revelation. Even our 7 year old likes them, which given that they're probably aimed at a more complex adult palate (and that she's pretty fussy) is amazing in itself.
Can’t sing it’s praises enough! Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition and removed all the stress I usually have with preparing the food! All my friends have an opinion on food and couldn’t believe that it was a frozen meal
It doesn’t taste like a ready meal at all, it actually tastes like healthy, real food. I also prefer the fact it comes frozen so I have more control over when I eat each meal without having to throw anything away.
